For some reason all children in my area had to learn to play the recorder in grade school during the 80s and 90s. Was it common in other places too?

A couple years ago I made a fairly popular post here (you can find it in my history) about our neighbor’s dog and plenty people were concerned about this dog being aggressive. 2 years and one baby later we still have a slat missing and still have a sweet dog

TIL The Pontiac Aztek was universally disliked by focus groups. One respondent even said, “I wouldn’t take it as a gift.”. GM continued to press forward with the Aztek’s design despite the negative reception.

Is there a non-harmful amount of time I could be microwaved?
If I, a grown man, was put into a grown man-sized microwave, and it was turned on for 3 seconds, would I be horrifically burned? How long would I be able to be in there before getting injured?

Approved B-List Users Only Queen’s letter leaked: She did not want Harry&Meghan’s security removed, but order was disobeyed
msn.comHarry and Meghan proven right again.
A letter from Queen Elizabeth has been published showing how she did not want Harry and Meghan’s security removed once they left the UK.
Harry claims in his book, Spare, that the Queen no longer had power in her last years of reign, and certain palace staff members were the once controlling everything while using her name - IIRC often in collusion with Charles or by order of Charles.
Harry got dragged and called a liar for saying his grandmother would never have done or said the things that occurred during “Megxit” - notably the “recollections may vary” statement, the Queen cancelling their meetings despite originally welcoming their plans of moving, and also this security debacle.
Yet again, they are proven to be telling the truth.
I hope his lawsuits burn the monarchy down, and the tabloids with it. Or at the very least, expose more and more of their skeletons to actually affect approval ratings.
